How long does it take to receive my product?
Typically, it takes about 1-2 business days for our products to be produced and sent out. Delivery time is around 5-12 working days. All shipping estimates are provided by the courier and do not carry a money-back guarantee.
Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.
Can I change the destination country of my order?
After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.
How much is shipping?
We provide Free Shipping over $70.
You can choose the delivery method during checkout:
- SF Express Shipping: $10 - Free Over $70.00
- Free shipping is not available for US orders.
- Delivery usually takes 8-15 business days.
- FedEx Express Shipping: Starting at $18.17, the final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
- Delivery usually takes 5-8 business days.
How will tariffs be paid?
Customers are exempt from paying product taxes.
How will I know my order has shipped?
Each order will have a tracking number once it is shipped. You will receive an email notification that includes tracking information. You can also check the status of your item on the order history page.
Please note that your purchased items may depart from various locations and may arrive in multiple packages.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.
Do you ship internationally?
