Refund policy

We accept return requests within 2 days of product delivery. Requests for returns or exchanges beyond this timeframe will not be considered. For returns to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Please ensure that the original packaging is included, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should be sent via postal mail. For returns and exchanges due to non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a handling fee equivalent to 10% of the order amount.

In cases where products are returned due to damage or stains caused by the seller, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days upon receipt of the returned item.

Please be advised that the following situations are not eligible for a refund request:

1. Incorrect contact information or address was provided.
2. Failure to reply to emails or accept calls from the courier company.
3. Refusal to sign for the package.
4. Refusal to pay any import taxes or fees.
5. Refusal to complete import clearance. Any costs incurred due to any of the above situations will be borne by the recipient. Parcel insurance is available where applicable. If you are unsure whether it applies, please review the terms and conditions of the provider. Insurance can be utilized in cases where a parcel is lost or damaged, by filing a claim with the insurance provider.
